Leaving aside that I am not sure Paris’s beloved Valentino Rock-Studs are quite right here — and I am VERY CONCERNED that she’s wearing pantyhose? Paris, are you angling to join the British Royal Family? DO NOT MARRY ANDREW — I mostly think this dress is very cute, summer-y and girlish, even if it also might be made out of a lace tablecloth.
And I just realized that she’s out and about with Nicky, because you can see part of Paris’s tablecloth in the corner of this snap:
I sort of wish I could see her bow-bedecked top without whatever she’s got on top of it (I can’t tell if it’s a blazer or a long cardigan or what). It might just be a little too twee, but without a good look, we’ll never know. Maybe that’s the point!
