Heather has decided that THIS is what Katherine Heigl is going to turn into eventually, and I think I speak for all of us — including Heigl — when I say that day cannot come soon enough. Real talk: this is a total delight and a kick and, sure, Liza probably should have worn a bra, but also I am of the belief that Liza Minnelli can do WHATEVER SHE WANTS, foundation-garment-wise or otherwise:
Something about her coy wave juxtaposed with the graphic of that Oscar sign makes her look like she’s jauntily gesturing with a cigarette holder, which is what this pantsuit is missing.
And yes, she did coordinate her bangs with her outfit:
Bangz with a Z, even.
