I hate to say it, because I like her, but this is just awful and there’s no way around it. Someone on Twitter, with whom I am now in love, misheard the name of the designer and tweeted us to ask if this was designed by the guy who used to be on America’s Next Top Model. And I was sorry to have to tell her that it’s by J. Mendel and not Jay Manuel, because that would have been AMAZING and also kind of better for J Mendel. Actually, it probably would have been better for both of them. For all of us!
