In terms of physical location, Oscar de la Renta’s resort line was photographed in the New York Botanical Garden. Design-wise, it was all over the place, with some truly beautiful stuff mixed in with the “nice workmanship but can anyone realistically even wear that” items to “who wants pants that tight and unbreathable at a resort?” Vogue identified slide 32 as a version of what Ariana DeBose wore to the Time 100 party, and at heart I think I like the original (this one) better. But perhaps that’s because I always love a cape.
