Suddenly, I long for Nina Dobrev to be cast in a Netflix movie where she plays the young CEO of a beauty business who gets caught up in an Agatha Christie-style murder mystery, wherein she must suss out who poisoned the now-dead hot-but-evil venture capitalist who was bank-rolling her before she gets arrested for doing it herself. With the help of her CFO/love interest (John Cho), a brilliant young police detective willing to keep an open mind (Danielle Brooks), and her bad-ass best friend (Greta Lee), something something mystery something something. Look, I’ll figure out the rest of the plot — I just know she’ll wear this in the opening scene.
