As I said when we covered the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, I must confess that some of these looks — although dated!! — do still feel pretty cute to me. There are also some surprises, some old friends, and surely, some sartorial regrets. (Plus, a truly unhinged step-and-repeat situation.)
