To be honest, I find this entire look very entertaining. The top half is impeccable, incredible, so chic. The bottom half is like WHOOOO you’re wearing a chandelier as a skirt and some knee high stockings!!!!!!!! It’s a classic scrolldown; truly business on the top, party on the bottom. Like, actual party decor on the bottom. I appreciate the whiplash, it keeps me feeling alive!!
