You may have seen on the Internet by now that three people wore the same Saint Laurent Pre-Fall 2023 dress to the Venice Film Festival (yes, that’s an affiliate link to a $6k dress, because who am I to say that SWINTON isn’t a closet Fug National, and that she might not be in the market for this for, say, a murder mystery party or an evening of interpretive dance?). I am assuming two of them bought it on their own, because the third, actress Milena Smit, is one of Saint Laurent’s beauty ambassadors and it’s kooky to me that they would send her a dress that they also sent to TWO other people. It happens? But not that often to one of the faces of the brand. And Milena modeled the heck out of it, so I’m just going to focus on her.
