In fact, this dress may be one of the most flattering to her neck and bustline that we’ve seen all year — don’t ask me how someone so tiny has such a big tendency to veer into matronly — and I still dig the hair. I even like the fabric…except that it also reminds me of the front cover of a menu at a fancy Chinese restaurant, and now I’m hungry. It’s too early for moo shu pork!
