Maura Higgins is, to me, something of a budding Lisa Rinna Jr. in terms of her fashion choices — I mean, tell me Rinna wouldn’t have eaten this up, if she could have. Or this. But Maura is now confirmed to be on Dancing With The Stars this coming season, so maybe she’s trying to tone it down in advance? It being a Disney property, and all. Frankly, I think she should dial it right UP. Nobody who watches DWTS does it to see subtlety and restraint.
