The Santa Barbara Film Festival can be a pretty good fashion event, because it’s long enough after the SAGs that people are itching to trot out something cool again, and enough before the Oscars that people aren’t EXHAUSTED yet. I appreciate that. The ladies featured herein certainly swung heartily at it, and most of them hit.
