“Pre-Fall” collections come out in mid-December, which is so confusing to me, because that’s LATE Fall, or I guess Pre Next Fall? It’s possible that Anna Wintour has a dartboard in her office with random words on it, and after pelting it with darts first thing in the morning, she calls up a variety of designers and tells them she’s looking forward to seeing their Mid-Cruise Pre-Solarium collection next week and then they all have to scamper around trying to figure out what that means. Anyway, for Dior, “Pre-Fall” meant school uniforms. Enjoy!
