Please behold Dame Emma Thompson bringing her particular brand of energy (emmagy?… No, that’s terrible) to the premiere of Matilda, with an assist from hubby Greg Wise. Who can do a hundred things in his life (and was indeed very recently Dickie Mountbatten in The Crown), but will always be known — affectionately — as that dashing cad Willoughby from Sense and Sensibility. I love that the movie did indeed yield a marriage for the ages.
