Noomi didn’t go as far in Fug Madness as I expected her to, given her outrageous ensembles. This outfit isn’t as noteworthily wonky as some of those were, but what she lacked in sartorial strangeness, she made up for in EARRINGS. Noomi, as it turns out, can create one hell of a mood.
