NEVER has it felt more like Julia Garner is angling to make that Madonna biopic happen and that is a compliment. Obviously, I mean mostly from the neck-up — her hair feels very Who’s That Girl? — because from the neck down, she’s clearly lacking the fingerless lace gloves and/or cone bra. I have nothing to bitch about here; she looks cool, these looks are elegant, and I’m personally thrilled that the halter is making a comeback. Carry on, everyone!
