La Lopez was the Saturday Night Live musical guest this past weekend — has there been any insider dirt on whether it was weird with Ayo Edebiri, once people dug up that old podcast where she rips into how fraudulent she finds J.Lo’s singing to be? — and she did the most with it, and also got snapped around New York in some expensive coats. And this gorgeous dress, which she wore for the goodbyes, which, yes, I totally analyzed, and they did not hug each other that I saw, but anyway:

That is Valentino, and even though it’s a slightly awkward picture of her face, I think the silhouette is badass and such an effective direction for her.
