I sort of like this on her, but I say that knowing that I also cannot wholly parse its ingredients. Seriously. What IS this, literally speaking?

It seems to be:

1. Heels with sheer trouser sock/knee-highs?
2. A lightning-bolt printed…skirt???
3. A Rorschach test patterned…tank top?????
4. An oversized, short-sleeved….school uniform Oxford??????????
5. Some kind of Jansport-y backpack-looking…..harness???????????
6. Feather epaulets???????????????????????????????????
