I love this Cozy Fancy look on Shailene; she looks event-appropriate AND pleasantly wintery, and the sweater/skirt combo is a classic that still feels so fresh. (She also smartly had that skirt lined.) She just looks elegant. As far as her compatriots go, Adam Driver looks like Adam Driver! And Penelope Cruz looks and is beautiful — and that dress is objectively lovely, if very spring-feeling to me — but I wonder if her partnership with Chanel is starting to feel…a little stale? On anyone else, I think I’d be very enthusiastic about her gown, but it feels so much like everything else she’s worn for the last several years that it’s leaving me inexplicably a bit cold. Does she need to branch out?
