It’s been a while, but like the groundhog surfacing at the beginning of every February, so too has Celine Dion emerged to — hopefully — make our summer colorful once more. Here she’s doing it in what I assume is a head-to-toe runway look from some sportswear company or other; that appears to be a bodysuit, and it goes very specifically and perfectly with the pants and the raincoat. She’s making it all look much cooler than it has a right to, and once again if I had told 2000 me that Celine Dion would one day possess that gift, I would have laughed in my own face.
