I mean, what a dish! It’s hard to argue with this, although in 2021 and in the midst of a global pandemic, I do think the black armbands make it look like she’s in mourning and I could do without them:

Additionally, in looking through our archives, it came to my attention that we ran an Afternoon Chat on this day last year that was about — ugh — what we were all looking forward to. (Mine was the flipping Olympics.) Those of you who were planning a vacation, I am sorry. Those of you who were looking forward to getting a new President, however, can look back and be satisfied that at least that worked out! Anyway, I’m not asking that question again, possibly ever! But I would be happy to see this dress out and about again.
