I bear Greta Gerwig no ill-will, but I have to admit, I’m a bit relieved How I Met Your Dad didn’t go. Not every show needs to have its Rhoda or Frasier, and not for nothing, those two were already beloved characters. A better analogy might be that it’s for the best that Friends did not roll into a show called Mates about four people who live in New Mexico in a yurt. Maybe if they’d put Joey in a yurt… wait, I’m rambling. Let’s just do the clothes.
