We had been eyeballing this dress to put in our pre-Grammys Cosmo piece matching celebs to couture. In the end we didn’t use it, but it had been in contention for both Ciara AND Rihanna, so I am proud of myself that at least I know which ladies are the most drawn to Things That Wrap Limply.
