I think… its possible this is objectively a big fugly. But I really enjoy her — I just think she has such an interesting face, dating back to when she played the twins on Big Love. So there’s something appealing to me about how this looks like she might, at the opportune moment, raise up the skirt and reveal that she is a winged angel of justice brought down from the heavens to rain beautiful vengeance down upon the hateful. And… if we want to get psychological about this, I just wrote about Jenna Dewan spontaneously generating from a puddle of gold and now Mireille Enos as a metallic angel, so it would seem I am really wanting to believe in magic right about now. If you’ll excuse me, I might just go re-read all of Harry Potter.
