Cinemacon is to movies what Upfronts, or maybe TCAs, are to TV: The studios plan a whole day of presentations about what they’ve got coming on their slate, and lure a bunch of celebs to help promote it. Accordingly, we’ve got Anya Taylor-Joy for Furiosa, Michael Keaton for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, and Kevin Costner for both parts of his potentially bloated Western, Horizon. They’re being released two months apart this summer, because I guess we just won’t be able to wait for the thrilling conclusion.
