Happy almost Valentine’s Day! I hope you have a great weekend.

At Drinks With Broads, we’ve had open threads every day of the Olympics to discuss the events — it’s been great fun. You can catch up here. Also, on Tuesday, the free newsletter reviewed the new Muppets, dove back into my most insane vodka cookbook, and complained about NBC’s Olympics coverage. Thursday’s issue covered figure skating costume designers, Britney selling her music catalog, and the sad death of James van der Beek. PLUS: The final Heated Rivalry recap. Stay tuned for our book club!

Today’s Olympics chat is here!

Here at GFY, I covered the ice dancing costumes, and rounded up our best sellers from January.

This is so good and so extensive! A Brief History of Olympic Fashion. I want all those tracksuits.

Lainey’s review of Wuthering Heights called it Fennell’s “most visually stunning, but also her most thematically shallow” film. Are you going to see it?

Heads up that Lands’ End is having a sale this week for Presidents Day, which is Monday – 50% off full-price styles, and up to 75% off sale & clearance with code SUPERB. If you’re in the market, they have GREAT sheets. They’ve also got swimwear on sale; Lands’ End is actually a really good resource for rash guards and swim shirts, which can get really expensive elsewhere. This swim shirt looks like a Breton tee!

I also just noticed that Aveda is having a big sale — I used to use them all the time and then sort of fell off, but they sent me some volumizing spray recently and I LOVE it. (And the smell of their products is so evocative of my youth! That Rosemary Mint shampoo takes me BACK.)

Aw, this makes me sad. It was a THRILL when The Royal We was released in mass market paperback. There’s nothing better than a mass market for throwing into your beach bag.

Super interesting: Parisian Street Sellers of Yore. I could use a roving lampshade guy right now. DEFINITELY would appreciate being able to get some goat cheese on a walk.

This is really good: My Winter Micro Wardrobe. Reading Christine’s newsletter has honestly changed the way I dress in a lot of ways! (And her thrifting/vintage coverage is so good.)

Speaking of getting dressed, I’m SO TEMPTED by this dress.(I don’t need another dress! Or more gold!)

If you love Those Ruti Pants — I do; they ARE on sale right now, I just noticed — then can I interest you in This Ruti Skirt? I’m wearing it today and really like it; I feel like it looks cool without being, like…insane. I ALSO think this would be great for travel. As of my typing, it is also on sale.

I just noticed that Negative’s joggers come in polka dot now — they’re really cute. (I love their cotton undies for everyday wear.)

Speaking of Presidents Day sales, Crate + Barrel is having a biggie — up to 60% off — in case you need, I dunno, a sofa or whatever!

And a late add, because I just got an email about this: Banana Republic has up to 50% off sale styles and an extra 20% off sale running through Monday (2/16). Lot of good sweaters in there. I also love this maxi dress.
