You know, if Lady Gaga ever forms her own country and becomes its overlord — which I feel has a certain inevitability to it — there are certain infrastructures she’ll need to set up, like the police and the fire department and the sanitation department (well, actually, given her penchant for pantslessness, she’ll probably skip sanitation), and of course Olympic sports programs.
