I rarely say this, but I think her head is the problem here:
This outfit is a kind of funky Fashion Plates mash-up of two frocks squashed together, but it more or less works for me. (And her pink shoes are a delight.) But Peggy….Peggy, Peggy, Peggy. You need a little lippy. Would would Joan say?
