As I am always saying, I love looking at our shopping data to see what is tickling people’s respective fancies. There were a LOT of sales in July — the big Nordstrom sale and the Sephora sale, plus all those 4th of July sales — so I know a lot of folks were shopping the sales for a variety of bits and pieces. (I also know some of you bought this cat condo and I am DELIGHTED. Do any of you need a cat scratching post that LOOKS LIKE A CACTUS?!?!)
Here’s the top ten most purchased items in July — a lot of which are ALSO currently on sale.
10. I only just linked this really cute rainbow bracelet and it snuck into the top ten list! (I’m actually wearing it right now.)
9. This linen shirtdress is a CLASSIC. (I have it in a rust color, myself.)
8. This is the one of the few items on this list that’s not currently marked down, probably because it was just part of the Nordstrom one. I LOVE this rum body wash. It reminds me of being in a hotel.
7. Of course, we’ve got a long-sleeved boatneck Breton-striped tee on the list! Good news: J.Crew is also running an extra 60% off sale items with the code ADDTOBAG, bringing the price down to — as of my typing this — a very reasonable $14.00.
6. This Old Navy long-sleeved tee is a straight classic — and now they have them in baseball tee style?! I don’t need a long-sleeved baseball tee but maybe I DO. (It would be cute with jeans AND trousers AND skirts.) All colors here are (as of my typing) under $20.
5. I also bought these Madewell shorts, in black. (They’re ALSO currently on sale.) I really like them; I have some linen J.Crew ones that are super casual and it’s nice to have a pair that’s more structured. I’ve been wearing them with this belt, that B-Low The Belt gifted me. I REALLY like the belt; also belts, like lamps, are always surprisingly expensive to me.
4. Hey, what do you know? This is my favorite tee-shirt bra. It’s ALSO on sale right now.
3. I am thrilled so many of you bought this ME + EM dress; I just LOVE it.
2. Of course this J.Crew striped tee sold well! It’s perfect.
1. [Drum roll.] I am not surprised to see that this floaty Quince maxi dress was our number one seller for July. It’s been hot! You need something breezy!
