In keeping with Heidi’s style since last year, this is overall SO much better.
But that chokehold it has on her is killing me. It would have been STUNNING simply with a strapless neckline, but instead, it yoked itself to her nape and now I’m left wondering if she can swallow or turn her head comfortably, and what the neck sweats feel like.
