I find this look a bit perplexing. I can see where this dress, absent the cut-outs, might feel somewhat like Laura Ingalls Wilder For CVS. But with the cut-outs, it looks a bit like a brand called Help, How Can We Keep This Looking Like Laura Ingalls Wilder For CVS? Is the answer always “obliques”?
