Truly, if you’d popped up in front of me, waving this dress, and asked me if I thought it would work on Elle Fanning, I would have (a) asked you how you got in my apartment, and then (b) worried that it might wash her out a bit. HOWEVER! I feel like this actually works surprisingly well on her. But it’s the end of a long week. It’s possible that my eyes have already decamped for the weekend.
