It’s funny to me that this event was posited as an “Academy Awards Luncheon For Female Nominees” but none of the actors present are currently nominated for an Oscar. If I were Demi Moore, I would have shown up and been like, “…where are they? Oh, ME? You mean…like ever? Oh. Okay!” Additionally, the pics all say, “expensive class reunion for an all-women’s educational institution,” and I am saying that as a person who attended an all girls high school who was just looking at photos from said school’s alumni day. This is not a bad thing — this event actually looks extremely pleasant and elegant — it just sort of makes me chortle how much you could easily Photoshop a name tag on Goop that reads, “Gwyneth Paltrow, Class of 1990″ and it would all make perfect sense.
