The further away from it I get, strangely, the LESS I forget about that cheap-looking cape on Regina’s Globes dress. And that may well be shading my reaction to this:
That is veering into Too Much Midriff To Be Chic, and the front of her skirt is a couple inches above glamorous. But the top is sparkly, the skirt’s folds have a graceful precision to them, and she’s got those SHOULDERS. So even without this being perfect, I’m considering it a step forward from her Flightless Birdwoman ensemble. This at least gets off the ground.
