Any woman who has ever attended a party at a restaurant that inexplicably only has high-top chairs and bar stools is going to relate to Jessica Chastain, who did, as you see in the pic above, manage to clamber into her chair at some point, but who also did a LOT of leaning, judging from the photos from this event. It’s hard to gracefully launch yourself into one of those things in a short skirt!
All the better to admire her VERY CUTE skirt and ALSO cute shoes, though, so…it all worked out.
