Did y’all have a fun Halloween weekend? I assume there were many parties — when I went downstairs to get the paper yesterday morning, I witnessed several young women in my neighborhood trudging home from what I hope was a fun rager, all of them holding uncomfortable-looking shoes and wearing various spooky-but-still-alluring pieces of clothing hidden under sweatshirts. I do think, regardless of my own anecdotal evidence, Celebrity Halloween seemed less intense this year than it has in years past. It is possible that a lot of Los Angeles was home watching baseball, because the Dodgers are in the World Series, but there was no game on Friday, and Saturday’s game was over in plenty of time for people to put on their Sexy Sandwich costume and head out. Is everyone just…not in the mood? I get it.
Having said all of that, we definitely have plenty to discuss, and Heidi Klum’s Halloween party is — I assume — on actual Halloween, and that’s always a sweet celebrity draw. I can only assume her costume will be as major as it traditionally is (as long as it’s not SPONSORED, the way it was last year).
