Kylie Minogue is one of those people where, regardless of what she’s wearing, I tend to think, “Aw, but I LOVE Kylie Minogue.”
Admittedly, in this instance, what I ACTUALLY thought was, “Aw, I LOVE Kylie Minogue, but why is she wearing half of Cher’s extensions stapled to her boobs?”
