True confession time: I LOVE Bridal Week. I love wedding gowns, even though I wore a short (and fairly inexpensive) dress to get married myself and did not want a big foofy thing, personally. I just like looking at them! Bridal Week is fun because it’s so easy to envision where the garments in question will be worn; regular fashion collections are by their very nature more wide-ranging and it’s easy to be like, “well, I don’t know. Maybe this is what people are wearing to the office” (or whatever). But we all know what the purpose of a wedding dress is. And there are many interesting options in this first collection. Some of them are really beautiful.
