I was all set to loudly wish Taylor Swift had delivered something more INTERESTING, until I remembered her Eras Tour has been a carousel of fantastic costumes and we’re lucky she isn’t still resting at some tropical wellness retreat. She still looks nice, though, and for the most part, none of this could qualify as “basic black”; however, Bebe Rexha delivered a truly vexing surprise with her dress, and somehow I’m NOT referring to the twin buttock cutouts on it.
