Billy Porter here is at an event for the Gershwin Prize, which honors songwriters’ contributions to culture. Elton John and Bernie Taupin are this year’s winners, and if you’re wondering how in the heck they hadn’t walked away with it sooner, consider that the Library of Congress only started this in 2007, they kinda skipped over 2008 due to scheduling, and the other winners are hardly slouches. Anyway! A couple celebs came to hang out with Sir Elton, including Lord Billy of Porter, who showed up dressed as Saucy Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
