I don’t have much detail about this outfit — on a granular level — beyond Billy dancing on his Instagram in front of a photo of Grace Jones, and hashtagging her. Truly, I love the idea of Billy honoring Grace; it feels EXACTLY right. However, I don’t know if I love THIS homage to her. It’s less Grace Jones, Avant Garde Icon, than it is Grace Jones Decided At The Last Minute To Go To Royal Ascot. Let’s discuss.
