There’s a photo on Olivier Rousteng’s Instagram of Beyonce posing the heck out of it in this gigantic jewel of a Balmain, where you can actually see the dress (here it is in the official lookbook, too). To me, though, seeing her with it in a more workmanlike context — leaving a club through the back door, by a pile of stacked chairs, with a coat covering as much of her body as it can — is hilarious. She looks like the Heart of the Ocean, if you had invited it to a party after not seeing it for 10 years and it walked in and you were like, “OMG, you REALLY grew your HAIR.”
