Apparently it’s Harper’s Bazaar UK’s turn to pick some Women of the Year. I wonder if someone, somewhere, has a secret list ranking these WOTYs in order of covetousness. Glamour’s is coming up in two weeks and I assume that one is near the top. What if there is overlap? Can you hold a WOTY simultaneously from multiple publications? WHAT ARE THE RULES?
