This is a beautiful dress and she looks very regal in it and I KNOW I’m a complain-y complainer about this and it’s not her fault, or anyone else’s really, but I feel like her stylist had to look at these pics and sigh and think, “I really wish this photo hadn’t been taken in the hallway of a movie theatre. You can just smell the popcorn. IT’S RUINING MY VIBE.” This WOULD look better against a wall of ivy. Someone call Anna Wintour to get down to this AMC tout de suite!

She’s actually not even in this Netflix movie; she’s there to support her fiance, Alexander Dreymon, who is starring in it as Uhtred of Bebbanburg — I guess he likewise stars in the series this film concludes. The Last Kingdom. I didn’t know anything like this was even happening, and I love reading about the Uhtreds and the Ethelreds. Netflix’s algorithm has not figured me out, yet.  Anyway, the real dude’s Wiki is a ride. LOTS of murders and people being mean to their wives and vengeance and blood feuds. Those Saxons all could have used some anger management courses! Makes my beef with the step-and-repeat seem pretty petty.
