This was worn at a screening of Pillion in Berlin. If you’re not familiar with the film, Pillion is “a gay B.D.S.M.-themed romantic comedy” with VERY graphic sex scenes that very nearly got an NC-17 rating and in which Skars sports a prosthetic penis. (That is a link to Entertainment Weekly, it is SFW. You’re welcome, or I’m sorry.) Variety reported in May that “with lots of kinky gay BDSM sex scenes, elaborately choreographed orgies, full-frontal nudity and men in rubber, Pillion has easily been among the most sexually graphic films of Cannes so far (and also one of its most warmly received).” (It has been getting excellent reviews.) All that is to say that “screening of gay BDSM rom-com/orgy movie in Berlin” actually seems like EXACTLY the event at which this outfit should be worn. A+, no notes, and I hope everyone had a blast.
