Christina Aguilera has a new album coming, and duetted with Demi Lovato; Janet Jackson won the Icon award, becoming the first black artist to do so at the Billboards, and reportedly performed a medley of hits that Jezebel said — in a positive review — was “heavy on choreography, light on singing,” which sounds about right. It was her first TV performance in nine years. We can’t watch some of the clips over here due to geographic restraints, so I trust thee, Fug Nation, to let us know what’s what here. Were they good? Personally, I am here for Christina and her pipes being back in play, and a wail-off with Demi Lovato sounds like a good place to start.
