I feel that it is my duty to remind us all that we recently learned Nicole Scherzinger is going to make her West End debut as Grizabella in Cats and I NEED one of you to go see her and report back. I guess she was a Pussycat Doll, and has worn many a catsuit in her time, so Cats is technically in her wheelhouse. If wardrobe is any indication, she may also be in training to star in HOLA LOVERS! Which, frankly, I would also go see. Can’t you just picture the amazing, show-stopping Act One finale, where she and Ben Affleck finally break up, mere days before their wedding? I imagine it being just like “One Day More,” except with 1000% more spray tan, strippers, and Juicy sweatsuits, and with the addition of a somber Matt Damon character (played by Ed Sheeran) telling Ben that he has to get a grip, as a Bentley gently drifts across stage. It will be amazing.
