Nicole Kidman’s oldest daughter opened the show, which WWD referred to as being, intentionally, a “jumble of disparate fashion elements.” I honestly feel like that could describe every Miu Miu show, and not in a complimentary way. Miu Miu remains incomprehensible to me — one of my least favorite lines — and it makes me feel old and very salty. By the time Willem shows up to breeze down the runway in a sensible coat, it feels like dad coming home a day early from his business trip and swiftly clearing out his kid’s party.
