I also have to admit that there is no way I’d be able to see someone wearing this without reaching out to touch it — are those buttons? Big sequins? They look like they have tiny spikes. IS IT SPIKY??? – so let’s ALL be relieved that I wasn’t at this event last night. Because I’d be in jail right now for being unable to leave K Bell’s skirt alone, and it’s really hard to vote on Fug Madness from a cell.
