Where better to wear this? Admittedly, I can see the argument that it feels a bit like two looks pasted together — the top is Sedate Armani-ish, then we’ve got the festive explosion of the skirt — but I appreciate thematic whimsy of the skirt’s festive explosion so much that I don’t really care.
