So, I feel like some of you might disagree with me, because this outfit is definitely unusual. Personally, I think it’s VERY artistic and cool on her, and very well suited for an event that honors accessories, because it’s almost like the dress is its own accessory. I want to examine it closely and from every angle; I just love it. But let’s discuss.
